A child with Severe Respiratory Distress was admitted to Orange Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit from the periphery. The child had Severe B/L Pneumonia with Myocarditis -EF of 15%, Ventilated for 10 days. Pediatric Cardiologist consultation was sought, and medical management was continued. The Hard work of everyone involved in the management of this child was paid off, as repeat 2D Echo showed EF of 60% and gradually child improved.
