A very special thanks to Dr. Sagarbhai, Dr. Niravbhai, Dr. Janakbhai, Dr. Parbatbhai, Dr. Nareshbhai and Dr. Chiragbhai, along with the two female doctors whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. Our heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, nurses, reception staff, supervisors and every member of the hospital team. From the supervisors to the nursing and reception staff, everyone took care of even the smallest details. The continuous monitoring, attention, cleanliness, discipline and communication were truly outstanding. During a very difficult and stressful time for our family, the entire team gave us confidence and always made us feel that our baby was in safe and caring hands. Their dedication, patience, responsibility and compassionate approach deserve special appreciation. Orange Hospital ​I recently had a wonderful experience at Orange Hospital. The care, support, and treatment we received were truly exceptional. ​A special note of appreciation for HR Jigna Suthar mam. Her support was incredible; she instantly addressed and resolved any concerns we had regarding the staff and hospital services, making our stay smooth and comfortable. ​The medical treatment by the doctors was also top-notch. Within just 4 days, my daughter recovered completely and is doing very well. ​Both my daughter and I are leaving the hospital fully satisfied, happy, and healthy. Thank you to the entire team at Orange Hospital, especially HR Jigna Suthar mam, for such wonderful care and service!

Our experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing. The behaviour and attitude of the staff lacked empathy and professionalism. Communication with the patient's family was poor, and we often struggled to get clear updates about the treatment and next steps. The treatment cost was excessively high—around ₹50,000 per day—yet the quality of care and service did not justify the expense. Due to the patient's worsening condition, we had to transfer the child to another hospital for further treatment. The most concerning issue was that the hospital failed to preserve the patient's bone marrow/biopsy samples despite our specific request. As a result, we had to undergo the entire bone marrow and biopsy procedure again, causing unnecessary pain to the child, delays in treatment, additional financial burden, and immense emotional distress for our family. We expected a children's hospital to demonstrate compassion, accountability, and proper medical responsibility. Unfortunately, our experience reflected poor communication, inadequate coordination, lack of responsibility, and disregard for an important patient request. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves its patient care standards, communication, record management, and accountability so that other families do not have to face a similar ordeal. I'm going to file a complaint with the hospital administration and, if necessary, the relevant medical regulatory authority in your state.

The treatment was done properly and on time. The hospital is clean, and patients are taken care of very well. Reception girl poonam mem is politely answered thnx The doctors explained the illness in detail and answered every question patiently. I would definitely recommend Orange Hospital for good treatment. We were referred to this hospital by another doctor and we got here with our daughter in critical condition. I really appreciate the commendable job done by nursing staff and doctors here to get her into PICU and start treatment within 5 minutes of our arrival. Doctor acknowledged us with all possibilities and treatment. Thank you Dr. Sagar Patel and team for prioritising my daughter safety and making her smile again.

When we arrived, our son's condition was very serious. The doctor at SMS Hospital had put our child on a ventilator, whether it was due to negligence of the staff there or some mistake in their treatment. The child was having a lot of difficulty in breathing. He was born at SMS Hospital, after which he had difficulty in breathing after 24 hours. Despite treatment at SMS Hospital for 5 days, we did not get satisfactory results, so we admitted him to Orange Neonatal and Pediatrics Hospital in Chandkheda. After being admitted to Orange Hospital, the child showed 50% improvement on the very first day. After that, the child became normal within 5 days. Specially Dr. Sagar Patel Sir, Dr. Het Pujara Sir, Dr. Nirav Patel and their staff took great care of our child. We used to get accurate and satisfied answers from the doctor for any question we asked. Special thanks to all the doctors and staff who took great care of our baby. All my worries were gone as soon as I was admitted to Orange Neonatal and Pediatrics Hospital. I and my entire family are very grateful to the doctors and staff of Orange Hospital. thank you 🙏
